Meet the Management Board, Selection Committee and Revision Committee of the PSTK, selected during voting at the General Meeting, which took place on 18 April 2026. These authorities are working during the term of 2026-2028.

Kamila Trajnerowicz
Member of the Board
Twenty years in the booth. Medical conferences, international audits, study visits, live media coverage. The kind of work where every word has to land – the first time.
Kamila works with Polish, English, and Ukrainian, in any combination and across all interpreting modalities. Based in Warsaw and ready to travel, she also coordinates the language side of events, including conference tech, when required.
On the PSTK Board, her mission is to support interpreters beyond the craft itself by focusing on well-being, working conditions, professional standards – as well as reaching out to colleagues and adjacent professional communities.
Off the clock – when out of words, she’ll find the tune (just don’t ask her to dance to it).
What are the activites of the
Management Board
The Board manages the activities of PSTK in line with the Statutes and guidelines of the General Assembly. It represents the Association outside and acts on its behalf. It communicates with its members and partners. It sets the budget and manages the funds. It admits new members having obtained a respective opinion of the Qualification Committee. The Board may also adopt a resolution for PSTK to join another organisation. It plans the future and runs the current projects, where it fulfils PSTK’s statutory mission.

President of the Qualification Committee
Tłumaczka konferencyjna i przysięgła j. polskiego, angielskiego i rosyjskiego. Absolwentka ILS UW (lingwistyka stosowana), University of Lancaster (socjologia) i SGH (zarządzanie w biznesie). Studiowała też w Moskwie i Edynburgu. Na rynku od ponad 20 lat. Główne specjalizacje: biznes/marketing, prawo, tematyka społeczna i historyczna. Od 2005 r. prowadzi warsztaty z przekładu, zwłaszcza ustnego. Członkini zwyczajna PT TEPIS. Legitymuje się brytyjskim Diploma in Translation.
Zofia Sęk
Member
Absolwentka warszawskiego Instytutu Lingwistyki Stosowanej, specjalizacja tłumaczeniowa ustna.
Tłumacz konferencyjny języka angielskiego od 2000 r. Specjalizuje się w medycynie, często można ją spotkać w firmach farmaceutycznych, ale też w instytucjach państwowych. Jedna z prowadzących „Kawy z PSTK” oraz od 2022 członkini Komisji Rewizyjnej PSTK.
Pielęgnuje niedawno odkryte upodobanie do integrowania środowiska tłumaczy, stara się wychować gromadkę dzieci, a w wolnych chwilach słucha muzyki (klasycznej, ale nie tylko) oraz trochę biega.

Tłumaczka języka angielskiego.
Na konferencjach zapewniam wysoką jakość tłumaczenia symultanicznego w kabinie. Na mniejszych spotkaniach oferuję skuteczną komunikację między uczestnikami.
What are the activites of the
Qualification Commitee
The Qualification Committee is a contact point for candidates and an advisory body for members as regards their rights and obligations. It evaluates applications, whereby it consults the members. It also coordinates communication with candidates until the Board has passed a resolution on their membership. Furthermore, it receives, reviews and archives applications. If need be, the Committee becomes the body of arbitration: it handles disputes and settles issues of members’ statutory liability.

Tłumacz z pasji i powołania.
Tłumacz w drugim pokoleniu. Z pierwszego wykształcenia politolog (absolwent UJ), studiował także w Osnabrück i w Moguncji.
Tłumacz przysięgły języka niemieckiego. Akredytowany tłumacz Instytucji UE z językiem niemieckim i angielskim. Wykładowca Katedry Przekładoznawstwa UJ, gdzie uczy zawodu młodych tłumaczy. Szef niewielkiego (acz szacownego) biura tłumaczeń w Krakowie, w którym stara się podtrzymywać etos i standardy zawodu tłumacza.
Misja Wojtka w Polskim Stowarzyszeniu Tłumaczy Konferencyjnych to dalsza integracja środowiska w oparciu o standardy PSTK, budowanie marki PSTK i prowadzenie aktywnego dialogu ze środowiskiem tłumaczy i klientami rynku tłumaczeń, np. w zakresie wykorzystania AI w branży tłumaczeń.
Prywatnie – zwolennik krótkiego metrażu w kinie i mocnych brzmień gitarowych w muzyce.
Xymena Plater-Zyberk

Tłumaczka konferencyjna języków angielskiego i włoskiego oraz tłumaczka przysięgła języka angielskiego, od kilkunastu lat prowadzi własną praktykę obsługując głównie inwestorów zagranicznych, kancelarie prawne oraz klientów z sektora finansowego. Magister anglistyki i doktor językoznawstwa Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, gdzie od ponad dziesięciu lat prowadzi zajęcia dla przyszłych anglistów i młodych tłumaczy. W PSTK chce skupić się na usługach tworzących wartość dodaną dla członków stowarzyszenia oraz wspierać komunikację z interesariuszami, promując wiedzę o zawodzie i standardach pracy tłumacza konferencyjnego.
What are the activites of the
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is the internal control body of PSTK, and it examines the activities of the Association at least once a year. It looks in particular at the financial management to see if the expenses have been relevant and consistent. It gives its opinion on the annual reports of the Association's authorities, and at the General Assembly it motions for their discharge. It also approves all the reports required by law. Importantly, it advises the Board and may participate in its meetings.
